Meet the team.

Lee Kendle

Lee and Kathy Kendle  came to Anna Street in 2007.  Lee serves as an elder and song leader, and  feels that it's a great blessing to live for the Lord among the loving people at Anna Street.

Lyndon Latham

After receiving both B.S. and M.A. degrees from West Texas A & M University, Lyndon Latham intended to pursue a career in teaching secondary education and possibly school administration.  Instead, he spent the first three decades of his adulthood in full time church ministry at two different congregations.  While still continuing to preach and teach, he briefly entered the corporate world as an area dialysis facility manager.  Over twenty years ago he entered the real estate profession having opened his own independent real estate office in April of 2003.  In late summer of 1996 Lyndon and his wife, Judy, joined the Anna Street Church to work with the youth of the congregation and to serve as a backup associate to Gene Shelburne.

Steve McLean

Steve and Darla McLean came to this congregation in 2019, and Steve served as Anna Street’s interim minister the first half of 2020. The McLeans spent around 25 years in full-time ministry, and Steve still preaches here and in other places. They appreciate the welcome they have received from Anna Street.

Henry Sena

Henry & Misti Sena have been with Anna Street since 1998. They have always felt at home at Anna Street and feel blessed to be members of this church. They have 3 grown children who grew up at Anna Street. Henry served as a Deacon from 2006 to 2022 and currently is serving as an Elder. Misti retired from LA Fuller and Sons in 2020. Henry retired from the City of Amarillo in 2007. At the same time, he went to work for the Federal Aviation Administration where he currently works.

Gene Shelburne

Gene became the full time minister at Anna Street in 1968.  His active participation in the Amarillo Ministerial Association and in numerous other community organizations has enabled our small congregation to play an important role in the Amarillo area.  He retired from ministry and continues to work as an elder.

Don Evans

Don, Marita, and Missy came to Anna Street in 2003. Don has been a deacon since 2006. We appreciate the love the people at Anna Street exhibit for each other. The teaching and encouragement of the leadership is priceless!!

Cary Ladd

Cary has recently been added to the leadership team of Anna Street, but he and his wife are not new to this congregation having become members in 2007. Cary and Joyce love their Anna Street family and look forward to serving them as they join the Lord in His work.

Mark Read

Paula has been a member at Anna Street since 1968 and Mark since 1979.  Mark has been a Deacon since 1992.  They cherish the love the congregation shows for each other and for the Lord and cannot think of a better place for someone to experience the love of the Lord and grow in their spiritual faith.

Craig Wright

Craig and Suzanne Wright have both worked at Cal Farley’s Boys Ranch for over 20 years. They have 3 grown daughters. They feel blessed to be a part of the congregation at Anna St. Church of Christ.

Nathan Keller

After working as a high school teacher and our youth minister for seven years, Nathan moved to Fort Worth to minister to Westworth Church of Christ. After  seven  years in the DFW area he has returned. He and his wife of 20 years, Andrea Keller,  have three great kids. She works for AISD as an LSSP, while he ministers at Anna St. We hope you will come listen.
